We ship working systems, not deliverables for deliverables' sake. If the system doesn't produce a measurable change, it isn't done.

That is the only real decision, and it is worth understanding before you talk to anyone, not after. An AI system is not a website you build once and forget. It talks to other companies' services every day, and those services change. Somebody has to keep it working. The question is whether that somebody is you or us. FAQ

The questions worth asking before you hire anyone.

You can do either, and either way it is built in your own accounts, so it is yours from day one. Build only comes with a video walkthrough, a written guide and 30 days of support. Most owners add the care plan, because an AI system is not a website you build once and forget. It talks to other companies' services every day, those services change, and somebody has to keep it working. On the care plan, that somebody is us.

Less than most people expect. The AI and hosting are billed straight to your own accounts at the providers' prices, with no markup from us: a chatbot handling 300 conversations a month typically runs for about $31 a month. The care plan, if you add it, is a fixed monthly price from $39. Every quote shows your running costs line by line before you buy.

You do, on either option. Everything is set up in your name and you hold every login. On the care plan we keep access so we can look after it, and when you close out or leave, we step out.

AI providers change how their services work fairly often, and when they do, anything connected to them can stop until someone updates it. If you are running the system yourself, spotting that and fixing it is yours to handle. On the care plan it is ours: we are alerted the moment something fails, and we respond the same working day if it stops.

If you run it yourself, nothing changes: it is already yours and keeps working. On the care plan, cancel with 30 days notice and no exit fee. We hand you the latest copy of everything, step out, and it keeps running in your accounts.

Only where you have said it can. While we scope the work we go through which steps should run on their own and which should stop and wait for a person, and that gets written into the agreement. Anything that cannot be undone, such as sending a message, taking a payment, deleting a record, or publishing something, is settled before the build rather than discovered after it.

Yes. Scope, timeline, price, who holds which accounts, and what happens if you stop are all set out in a written contract before any work starts. If it is not in that contract, it is not a commitment, including anything said on a call.

Who we work with

Small and mid-sized businesses (1-50 employees) in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Western Europe. Coaches, consultants, real estate, e-commerce, law firms, clinics, and marketing agencies are the businesses we build for, but if you run a small business with manual work that AI could do faster, we probably have a fit.

Where we honestly aren't the right fit: custom-trained model work, enterprise compliance audits, or anything that requires on-prem infrastructure. We'll tell you on the first call if your problem is outside our wheelhouse.
