Do I need a monthly plan, or can I just pay once for the build?

You can do either. If you have someone technical who can look after it, we build the system, hand it over, and you run it from there. Most owners choose the monthly plan instead, because an AI system is not a website you build once and forget. It talks to other companies' services every day, those services change, and somebody has to keep it working. On a plan, that somebody is us.

What does an AI system cost to run each month?

It depends which option you take. If you run it yourself, the AI providers bill you directly for what the system uses, which is the API cost you may have heard about. That amount rises and falls with how busy you are, so a heavy month costs more than a quiet one. On a monthly plan you pay one fixed amount agreed on your call, and the running costs sit inside it, so a busy month never turns into a surprise invoice.

Who holds the accounts and logins the system needs?

If you run it yourself, the accounts are opened in your name, you hold every login, and you can remove our access whenever you want. On a monthly plan the accounts are already open on our side and we manage them, so there is nothing for you to set up, top up, or remember.

What happens when something breaks?

Accepted Answer

AI providers change how their services work fairly often, and when they do, anything connected to them can stop until someone updates it. If you are running the system yourself, spotting that and fixing it is yours to handle. On a monthly plan it is ours: we are already watching for it, and we usually have it fixed before you notice anything was wrong.

What happens if I want to stop working with you?

If you run the system yourself, nothing happens at all. It is already on your systems and in your accounts, so it simply keeps working. If you are on a monthly plan, what happens is agreed in writing before you sign, so you know from day one rather than having to negotiate it on the day you want to leave.

Will an AI agent do things without asking me first?

Accepted Answer

Only where you have said it can. While we scope the work we go through which steps should run on their own and which should stop and wait for a person, and that gets written into the agreement. Anything that cannot be undone, such as sending a message, taking a payment, deleting a record, or publishing something, is settled before the build rather than discovered after it.

Is everything agreed in writing?

Yes. Scope, timeline, price, who holds which accounts, and what happens if you stop are all set out in a written contract before any work starts. If it is not in that contract, it is not a commitment, including anything said on a call.
