NewBrains HQ, our online office at hq.newbrainsai.com, has its own HQ Terms and HQ Privacy Policy, which apply when you use it.

You may not:

• Scrape the site at volume. Light, polite scraping for search indexing is fine, automated mass extraction is not.
• Attempt to probe, breach, or bypass our security controls, rate limits, or bot protection.
• Spam the contact form with automated submissions, irrelevant marketing, unsolicited link-building requests, or anything else that isn't a real inquiry.
• Submit malicious content, viruses, exploits, phishing payloads, or links to harmful sites.
• Submit false information in the contact form (impersonation, deceptive identity).
• Use this site to harass us or anyone else.
• Republish our content commercially without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer the site, our automation logic, or attempt to extract source code beyond what's already public.

Our forms, the chat assistant and the demos accept a limited number of requests per IP address each minute and each hour. Going over the limit blocks further requests for a while.

The contact form, the quote form and the call booking form are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile before they are accepted. Blocking Cloudflare in your browser stops those forms from sending.

We may block any IP, network, or autonomous system at our discretion. We may report serious abuse to the relevant network provider, hosting provider, or law enforcement. We don't owe an explanation before blocking.

See abuse coming from someone using our site? Forward it to legal@newbrainsai.com with full headers. We investigate quickly.

We may update this policy at any time. The effective date at the top of this page changes when we do.
