The result, agreed in writing
Before we build, we write down the result your system has to deliver, in plain words and numbers. For example: every call answered, and a summary in your inbox within five minutes.
Missed it? We fix it, then refund
If it misses that result in the first 30 days after it goes live, we fix it at no cost. If it still misses it 30 days after that, you get the full setup price back and we switch it off.
14 day satisfaction refund
If we deliver and you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund of the setup price within 14 days of delivery. The system is then switched off. The care plan can be cancelled at any time.
